Our Story
It’s one thing to say you're a Patriot, but another to fight like one. We started walking the walk and are still soldiering on.
To start off, this picture here was taken the first night I met the man who would later become my husband Jon. I don’t know what prompted me to ask my friend to take a pic with Jon on the first night we met, but it was done and it was taken with one of those old-school throw away camera before cell phone selfies existed. I didn’t know he was going to be my husband then, but he said he knew I was going to be his wife. We met at a bar in my hometown of El Paso, Texas and had both just recently graduated from college. Jon earned his degree in civil engineering and mine was in microbiology with a minor in chemistry. He moved there to live in Ft. Bliss and attend officer basic courses otherwise known as OBC. This was during the summer of July 2005.
We dated for a few short months.
I and I guess one day it finally clicked in my head, that hey maybe this guy actually liked me.
Jon graduated from OBC and asked me to be his date to the military ball. I felt like a princess. After 5 months, he popped the question, and I said yes.
In July of 2006, we got married. The pic below is a nicer one.
Jon continued to further his career in the Army, and I went on to earn a master’s degree in biological science. It was not an easy journey at that point especially. We separated and almost got a divorce. Today, I’d say we still don’t have it all figured out, but….NOW we are having a good time still figuring it out. We sure do a lot more prayer these days and that’s the truth.
I became a teacher while Jon continued working in the Army.
Looking back at what we were doing then, I can’t help but point out that Jon and I were deep in [their] system. We just didn’t know it. I was being trained to spill out gobs of [their] miseducation and Jon was acting as a pawn fighting [their] wars so they could make money.
In the pic above, Jon is going back to Korea after spending his Rest and Relaxation time off aka (R and R) with me.
This is when he came back home from Iraq to be with me again for R and R. When I first met him he was a 2nd LT and at this time he was already promoted to captain.
When he was home, we loved to hang out and do silly things. Self-care is very important to us.
Here we were on a fishing boat trolling and pretending to be master anglers.
I resigned my position as a teacher back home and eventually moved up to Ft. Carson with Jon after he had a permanent change of station known as a PCS.
It was difficult to make friends at first but at least this giraffe was nice. We were told that since Jon had just come back from Iraq, he was not going to deploy in the next three years. So, we planned, and in the Spring of 2011, we were blessed with our first baby Adriana.
The pregnancy was not easy. The doctors said Adriana had a hole in her head. We decided to go ahead with the pregnancy and work with what God was giving us.
Adriana came out perfectly healthy. She was a bit jaundiced, but she pulled through. Sadly, during that pregnancy we learned through Jon’s chain of command that he was scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan 2 months after Adriana was born.
This was the worst April 1st of my life. Jon deployed on April fool’s day in 2012. That was the only day that I saw him cry.
Jon and his unit dealt with live fire and an IED. It was a difficult thing to hold the line back home with a newborn and know that he was not safe.
When he came home that December Adriana was 10 months old and as you can see, she did not like her own father. That entire experience made Jon decide to resign his commission as a captain and he worked with a headhunter to find a civilian job as a project engineering manager.
We thought we were jumping off the boat of what felt like the communist sector of America. How were we to know we were moving into the belly of private corporate America which was the industry that funded [them]?
Jon landed a job in Arizona. These days more than ever, I’m so glad we are in a red state! I come from a red state, but I was born and raised in a Texas city where there was a lot of corruption politically. Where I live now, and where my kids go to school, most of the parents in our community now are either law enforcement, military, or veterans. Basically, most of the people we know and congregate with are America First minded people.
Three years later the Lord blessed us with another blessing Jacob.
Jacob was born in December of 2016.
We enjoyed our little family and all the adventures we would take together during the weekends.
This was just a fun family photo picture that I really do love.
In 2019, the entire world experienced COVID lockdowns and the ridiculous masks. My husband Jon was forced to work from home. Luckily, our kids were able to go to school in person. In fact, our daughter only spent the spring semester of 2019 after spring break at home.
Even through this tumultuous time, we were again blessed with another pregnancy. Baby Liliana Rose was gifted to us.
Liliana Rose was born in June of 2021. I really did love these dresses all the girls wore. It made the photoshoot that much more special. We were gifted with so much love and food that we literally did not have to worry about dinner for two entire weeks. It was such a beautiful gift.
Unfortunately, that fall of 2021, word came down the pipeline that everyone at Jon’s work needed to either get the covid shot or be terminated.
With all our newfound stress, we decided to set it all aside and spend Thanksgiving weekend with my family back in El Paso. It was there that I and my entire immediate and extended family caught COVID.
Our family drove back home to Arizona. I was asleep the entire drive back. Our kids had slight fevers for one night each and our newest baby had a slight cough with a fever, but she pulled through. I worked tirelessly to support their immune systems but after a week, it all finally caught up with Jon and me. He went to get the monoclonal antibodies and a day after, I was admitted to the hospital with low oxygen levels.
Christmas was spent at home still in recovery. During the spring, knowing that Jon was soon going to be terminated, we again decided to give the worry up to the Lord and we traveled to San Clemente, Ca. Jon worked in the morning filling out job applications on his laptop but in the afternoon, we spent time together telling stories and laughing. I caught this pic of him and while I don’t know exactly what he was thinking in the strangeness of uncertainty, I could only imagine the weight he was being burdened with during this movement. Jon was picked up for a few interviews and later was given a start date of May 9, 2022 for official employment. It worked out perfectly because his last day on the job was going to be officially April 27, 2022.
Here is Jon and Jacob on the day that Jacob graduated from preschool. It was during the first week Jon was on the new job! We are grateful that he was able to find a new job, but in truth we are dealing with a deduction in household income.
That money was being used to pay down the auto loan we have to drive around our kids and gas. And we all know gas is so expensive these days and so is the simple cost of living considering inflation and the current state of the economy.
Sadly, we don’t have family close by to help watch our kids so I can help out financially working at a lab.
And honestly, though I don’t know any lab that would want to hire me since I won’t be taking the shot at all.
I remember praying nightly for God to help us out financially. Our prayers were answered when I was recently introduced to a patriotic online store that has low prices that are not really being impacted by the heavy economic inflation the rest of the market is being impacted by. I truly loved the idea of buying Made In America products so much that I decided to start working with their US based Manufacturer myself.
I got tired of finding that all the money we made was going towards products that were made in China but sold in American stores. That just didn’t make any sense.
Our money now goes towards helping to finance American families building futures for their American dreams. That’s what patriots do!
Making purchases from this online store was a decision both Jon and I agreed on and I look forward to learning about more stores as they come available to become a customer of.
We found a way out of [their] system!!!
At CPAC on August 6th of 2022, a team named Patriot Switch proudly sponsored RSBN.
What this team does is they use a unique funding platform that cuts out the globalist system that has as of now been built around us at every turn. Patriot Switch has partnered with a Family-Owned, Patriot-Owned, US based, American Manufacturer that has refused to become part of the globalist big box money machine for decades. The manufacturer they work with cuts all the way to the root of the global brands and conglomerates that are in the process of controlling the global economy. Through the help of hundreds and hundreds of fellow Patriots, Patriot Switch has created a team that helps all of us across America make the switch to spending our money more wisely.
Essentially, what this group provides is for patriots to shop off the globalist grid for the everyday items they already buy and use every month of their lives. This results in giving all Patriots an alternative method to earn some extra income to overcome today’s inflation gap that is plaguing everyone.
By spreading the word through “alternate i.e. Telegram, GAB, Rumble, Patreon, etc.” media, the Patriot Switch team has created a source of funding for conservative media, influencers, and channels that are under attack at every angle in this crazy world we are all living in…… a source of funding that is not dependent on the very people trying to take away our freedoms (the woke corporations).
It has never been more important than NOW for independent, conservative media to have funding that is not connected to these woke platforms and agendas actively taking away our freedoms.
Creating an ecosystem and parallel economy for freedom fighting patriots has been the goal of the Patriot Switch team.
This goal is one that I share with that team as well. We need to continue to look for alternate avenues for markets that provide patriots a source of revenue for patriots by patriots without reprimand or censorship.
If you are a conservative influencer, organization or channel looking for an alternate method to finance your efforts or if you are patriot who is simply wanting to no longer send your money to China for everyday unregulated (toxin-filled) products you use, please reach out. For the health and safety of your own family and loved ones….please reach out!! I’d love to chat with you and see if the US based manufacturer I work with might be a good fit for you so you can also find your way out of [their system] too!!
